Yay I finally finished it 
Plus this is my first time EVER drawing Sebastian xDDDD Anyways I was listening to Gakopu's version of Joker and instantly I thought "Hey Sebastian would make an awesome Joker 8>" So I started drawing it and I got this! I do have a cleaner version of this I just wanted to make the moon,his eye's and buttons glow xDD If you wanna see the clean version I might post it up here but as of now I'm sticking to this one x3333 Also this is an anniversary gift for
